We need all the related floorplans and elevations. You can send these to us as a PDF, CAD, JPG, or even as a drawing if that is what you have. 

If you have a 3D file or photographs send them all.

This is a tough one. Regretfully, there is not a singular response to this question. Renders, simulations, and videos require different workflows.

The turnaround for renders depends on the number of renders that you require and the kind of project. Once you send us the plans and tell us more details we can give you an estimated delivery time. We work very hard to deliver the work on time without compromising on quality. Please note that the delivery of the final work also depends on the number of revisions you need to make to the render over time. 

Simulations and videos usually require more time. The timeframe for each project depends on the scope of the work that you need done. We think of visualizations as a team work with our clients more than like a readymade product that you purchase, understanding the dynamics of this kind of work is key to our efficiency.    

We can prioritize urgent projects for a small rush fee within the limits of the possible, (and pushing them a bit more).

We accept payments via Paypal or by credit card. We charge a 50% deposit before beginning work on a project. The remaining, 50% is billed when the work is complete. When the project is ready, we will send a proof. Once the proof is approved and the final payment has been made, we will forward all assets at full resolution. Please, no exceptions.

Tell us as much as possible about your project. Let us know what the project is for. If you have reference images, please send them to us. Being explicit from the beginning will save time and reduce costs in the long run. We will need to know:

· About the finishes, colours and materials to use.

· The exact views you would like to see on the renders. You can mark these on the plan by drawing some arrows indicating the view, or just telling us.

· What you will be using the render for. This allows us to determine what size your render needs to be and to quote accordingly.

· If you require site specific photos for outside the windows, background or foreground, send them to us. Please send us good quality pictures and a variety of them so we can choose those that will look best. Usually the outside pictures that work better are those in which the subject is lit directly by the sun behind the camera.
